Frequently Asked Questions
What are they made out of?
My plates and platters are made out of real shells & epoxy clay. They are covered in a food safe resin.
Care Instructions
Don’t store them in direct sunlight, handwashing, and keep away from highly pigmented foods.
When can I order a custom plate if it says sold out?
Custom orders open every other month, follow me on instagram or subscribe to my emails for the specific date. They sell out quickly so be sure to set an alarm for when they go live. I usually accept around 35 orders. They take me 6-8 weeks to ship out.
What information do you need for customs?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation number. I’ll then ask you for that number via email along with text and up to eight images you’d like painted.
Are you accepting new Wholesale Accounts?
Not at the moment, but if you have a specific project or idea in mind, please email me. Hello@chell-fish.com
Are you open to collaborations?
Yes! I love collaborating with brands and artists. Though, I don’t give away pieces for promotion.
